It’s a fair question—and an important one. The answer depends on what you’re looking for. I’m writing this post to break it all down and answer the questions that usually come up. If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Jennifer. I’ve been photographing seniors and families in Albany, Oregon and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. I’m also a mom of four boys, so I understand how much easier this process feels when you have clear information from the start.
What Senior Photos Actually Cost in Oregon
Pricing across Oregon varies quite a bit. Sessions can range anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, depending on the photographer and what’s included.
While I can’t speak to how other photographers structure their pricing, mine is built around custom collections that give you a fully guided, stress-free experience from start to finish. Everything is designed to feel easy, natural, and actually enjoyable—so you can relax and end up with images that feel like you.

The Jen White Photography Senior Photo Experience
Step 1: Reach Out
Start by filling out my contact form and sharing a little about what you’re envisioning. From there, we’ll connect and begin planning a session that feels true to you.
Step 2: We’ll Plan Your Session
My goal is to create an easy, guided experience so you feel comfortable, have fun, and end up with images that feel natural and truly you.
I’ll help you choose the right location, and I’m always happy to give feedback on outfit ideas. You’ll also have full access to my online client lounge, filled with inspiration and tips to help you feel completely prepared. And if questions come up along the way, you can reach out anytime.
Step 3: A Relaxed, Guided Session
You don’t need to worry about what to do—I’ll guide you through everything. I’ve studied posing so you don’t have to.
Most seniors start out a little nervous and leave saying how much fun they had. It’s relaxed, natural, and usually involves quite a bit of laughing along the way.
Step 4: Your Finished Gallery
Two weeks after your session, I’ll email you your online gallery. From there, you can download your photos and order prints or albums if you’d like—simple and seamless. All digital images included in your collection come with full printing rights, and of course you can share them online.
The Three Collections at Jen White Photography (How much do senior portraits cost in Oregon?)
Collection 3: The Streamlined Session
This collection is designed for a shorter, more efficient session while still delivering beautiful, professional images. With 15 years experience, I promise I can deliver a gorgeous gallery with lots of variety in 30 minutes.
It’s available for sessions within 40 minutes of Albany and is perfect if you’re looking for something simple and straightforward. Think downtown Albany, local parks, Fitton Green, etc.
It’s also perfect for the senior guy who is only getting photos done because his mom is making him. I see you, and I get it.
Even though it’s shorter, it’s still fully guided. We’re not rushing—we’re just being intentional with the time we have. And if you want more images after seeing your gallery, upgrading is always an option.
This session can also be scheduled back-to-back with other sessions outside the 40 minute travel limit, so if you’re hoping for a location a bit farther away, reach out and I can share available dates.
What’s included:
- Up to 30 minutes of photography time
- 1–2 outfits
- Online viewing gallery
- 10 digital images
- Printing rights
- Option to upgrade for additional images
This might be the right fit if you:
- Want a few polished images for announcements, gifts, or senior posts
- Want a location within 40 minutes of Albany
- Feel comfortable in front of the camera and don’t need a long session
- Want professional images without a large time or financial commitment
This might not be the best fit if:
- You’re hoping for a further location and aren’t flexible on dates
- You want 3+ outfits and a larger gallery
- You already know you want a lot of images for posting on social media and sharing
The investment for this session (2026) is 650.
Collection 2: The Classic Session
Most popular
This is my most popular package. With this option, we can pick some of Oregon’s most gorgeous locations (or stay close to home if you’d prefer!). Think Fitton Green, Mary’s Peak, the Oregon coast, etc. It’s for the senior who wants a fully guided, fun experience and a lot of photos to choose from. It includes your favorite 20 images from your session as well as a print credit. You simply show up, enjoy the experience, and let me take care of the rest. We’ll move through different looks, keep things easy and natural, and create a gallery you’ll love. And if you decide you want more images afterward, upgrading is always an option.
What’s included:
- Up to 60 minutes of photography time (and we’ll take a little more if we need it-I promise)
- Up to 3 outfits
- Online viewing gallery
- 20 digital images
- $100 complimentary print credit
- Printing rights
- Option to upgrade for additional images
This might be the right fit if you:
- Want a full session without committing to everything upfront
- Like having the option to upgrade once you see your gallery
- Want variety and flexibility without overcomplicating things
This might not be the best fit if:
- You already know you’ll want every image (the Full Experience is a better value)
The investment for this session (2026) is 900.
Collection 1: The Full Experience
This is for the senior who wants it all—and wants the space to fully enjoy it.
With 90 minutes and complete creative flexibility, there’s room to try out multiple looks, explore your location fully, and create a gallery with real variety. Every image from your gallery is included, so there’s no need to narrow things down or leave favorites behind.
What’s included:
- Up to 90 minutes of photography time (if your location needs more, we’ll plan for that)
- 3–4 outfits
- Online viewing gallery
- All digital images from your gallery (50+)
- $200 complimentary print credit
- Printing rights
This might be the right fit if you:
- Want space to fully express your style and personality
- Have multiple outfit ideas and don’t want to choose between them
- Prefer to have every image rather than narrowing things down
- Are excited to print and display your images
This might not be the best fit if:
- You only need a handful of images for announcements or social media
- You’re working within a tighter budget
The investment for this session (2026) is 1250
This Season Goes Faster Than You Think
